Feelings Workshop

The Oficina dos Sentimentos is a therapeutic group that has been bringing people together every Saturday at Seara do Bem for over 10 years. The group was created and coordinated by psychologist Debora Beldowicz, who conducts soul psychology activities for therapeutic and educational purposes.

The workshop is a safe and welcoming space where everyone is welcome to share their worries and joys; a space for sincere and inspiring conversations.

We have the support of the gospel, which provides us with clarity, resignation, and hope for a better future. With it, we seek an inspiring word that brings us confidence, wisdom, and faith.

The group is recommended for people over 18 years old.
